Abstract submission

Your abstract (the LaTeX file) should be submitted by sending it to nbbc17abstracts@gmail.com before the deadline.

Registration

The registration for NBBC17 is now open. You can register for the congress here.

Formal registration will take effect only following receipt of payment of the registration fee.

You will be able to create a portal login which allows you to login later at make amendments to your registration and hotel booking. After you have completed your registration you should receive a notification of this via email to the email address entered on the registration form. If no notification has arrived, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you cannot find any notification, we kindly ask you to contact MCI Nordics at confirmation@mci-group.com to check your registration status.

If you have been offered a special rate, please make sure that you have your registration code ready. Should you have forgotten the code, please email MCI Nordics for assistance.

If you have special dietary requirements, you will be able to enter this when making registration for the conference.

Once the registration has been completed the cancellation policy will apply if you cancel your registration.

The registration fee includes: Participation in the scientific programme, final programme, abstract book - only online, lunch, coffee, fruit and water and welcome reception.

Cancellation terms

Full cancellation of your participation must be emailed to the NBBC17 secretariat by email confirmation@mci-group.com. Amendments should be made via the Portal if you have created a user account, if not, please notify the NBBC17 secretariat by email.

Cancellation fees:

Registration fee and Pre-conference course: On or before May 15, 2017 – Full refund less a DKK 500 administration fee. After May 15, 2017 – No refunds on registration fee.

Conference Dinner: On or before May 15, 2017 – Full refund. After May 15, 2017 – No refunds.

Payment

All payments should be made in EURO. Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods; credit card or bank transfer. Accepted credit cards: Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard. Please indicate your name and your payment reference number on all money transfers. As from 19 May we only accept credit card as payment.
